Construction

These tubes are manufactured with industrial grade (not food or pharmaceutical) silicone elastomer. Moreover, they are manufactured with carbon black, which is the most effective antistatic material.

There are several tin-plated copper wires between the different layers that form the wall thickness. These wires are joined to the metal connector by a welding point, thus increasing the antistatic properties.

Applications

These tubes are classified as flameproof. They are assembled at critical points where there may be danger of explosion when materials such as alcohol, perfume, or cosmetic products are transported at high speeds and generate static electricity.
