2 types:

Technofood: VMQ type silicone tube (Vynil-Methyl Quality) in compliance with FDA CFR 177.2600 and BGA Class XV standards.

TechnoPharm: silicone tube which can be manufactured on request. It is platinum-cured, and has much higher purity.

Both models are manufactured with four polyester fabric reinforcements. They have high pressure resistance due to the polyester yarn braiding inside the tube 302L.

Temperature

The appropiate range of temperatures in which the tube works properly is between -60ºC and 200ºC. The PVMQ only up to 100ºC.

Applications

Short lenghts ideal for use in proportioning and loading tanks. These tubes compensate vibrations and level differences. Suitable for pressure or vacuum. Therefore, they are recommended for use in the aforementioned applications.

Dimensions

We provide tubes of 4m long (for specific diameters up to 6m long) in the following diameters:
6-8-10-13-16-18-20-22-25-28-32-35-38-40-42-45-50-5-63-76-90-100-102 mm

Technical characteristics

hese tubes are usually translucent. However, in order to distinguish the products conveyed through the tube, they can also be manufactured so that the outer part of the tube is the desired colour.

The inner reinforcements are usually polyester. On request, they can be made of Nomex® to resist higher temperatures
