CONSTRUCTION

Elastomer: Peroxides or Platinum Cured silicone.
Hoses in compliance with american normative FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, FDA-BfR part XV from Germany, and optionally with USP Class VI.
Textil reinforcement: Polyester
Stainless steel inside: 302 L Stainless steel wire spring encased inside the hose.
Inner appearance: Translucent and smooth.
Outer appearance: Translucent, white or coloured, and smooth.
Length of manufacture: 4m (6m in some dimensions under request).

TEMPERATURE

The appropriate range of temperatures in which the tube works properly is between -60ºC and 200ºC (-76ºF & 356ºF).

APPLICATIONS

The 650 reference offers an extremely broad field of application. The design ensures a balance between strength and lightness, making it easy to handle.
Short lengths ideal for use in proportioning and loading tanks. These tubes compensate vibrations and level differences. Suitable for pressure or vacuum. Therefore, they are recommended for use in the aforementioned applications.

DIMENSIONS

We work with tubes of 4m long (for specific diameters up to 6m long) in the following diameters:
6-8-10-13-16-18-20-22-25-28-32-35-38-40-42-45-50-5-63-76-90-100-102 mm.

PROPERTIES

These tubes are usually translucent. However, in order to distinguish the products conveyed through the tube, they can also be manufactured so that the outer part of the tube is the desired colour.

Hoses can be sterilized by hot air at +250ºC (+482ºF) or by steam at +135ºC (+275ºF), with a pressure of 3.5bar.
Maximum recommended time: 1 hr 30m. at +135ºC (+275ºF)
