Construction

2 types: Technofood: VMQ type silicone tube (Vynil-Methyl Quality) in compliance with FDA CFR 177.2600 and BGA Class XV standards.
TechnoPharm: silicone tube which can be manufactured on request. It is platinum-cured, and has much higher purity.
Both models are manufactured with four polyester fabric reinforcements and 304L stainless steel wire spring encased inside the tube at different level.

Temperature

The appropriate range of temperatures in which the tube works properly is between -60º and 200ºC. The PVMQ up to 100ºC.

Applications

High level of strength

Extremely flexible, even in large diameters. It has been designed for use in specific points where there may be sudden high pressure surges

It is the one with the highest level of strength and robustness of our range.

Dimensions

We provide tubes of 4m long (for specific diameters up to 6m long) in the following diameters:
6-8-10-13-16-18-20-22-25-28-32-35-38-40-42-45-50-5-63-76-90-100-102 mm

Technical characteristics

These tubes are usually translucent. However, in order to distinguish the products conveyed through the tube, they can also be manufactured so that the outer part of the tube is the desired colour.

The inner reinforcements are usually polyester. On request, they can be made of Nomex® to resist higher temperatures
