2 types:

Technofood: VMQ type silicone tube (Vinyl-Methyl Quality) in compliance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and BGA Class XV standards.

TechnoPharm: silicone tube can be manufactured on request. It is platinum-cured, and of much higher purity in terms of appearance.

Both models are manufactured by extrusion, and it has a polyester yarn braiding inside of the tube

Temperature

t works properly between -55ºC and 200ºC.

Applications

They can be used in places with high pression due to his resistance

It is not recommended to work under depression

The inner product canbe seen inside the tube due to its translucent appearance.

Dimensions

We manufacture 10m long tubes with the following diameters:
6-8-10-13-16-18-20-22-25-28-32-35-38-40-42-45-50-5-63-76-90-100-102 mm.

Technical characteristics

These tubes are usually translucent. However, in order to distinguish the products conveyed through the inside of the tube, they can also be manufactured so that the outer part of the tube is the desired colour.

The inner reinforcements are usually polyester. On request, they can be made of Nomex®
