Construction

Integrated system:

Silicone tubes equipped with a cable encased on the inside of the wall that provides a steady power supply. Therefore, it ensures a regular temperature that helps maintain the fluidity of the product conveyed through the inside of the tube. The inner cable is connected to an electronic regulator. The tube is also equipped with a PT 100 ohm gauge connected to the regulator.

With heating sheath:

This sheath is made of silicone-coated fibreglass fabric. A self- regulating cable runs through some loops. Moreover, an electronic regulation device is connected to the end of the tube to ensure the temperature required to convey certain product is maintained, and no additional power is added when it reaches the optimum level, preventing from damages of the product conveyed. 

Temperature

Integrated system:

A wide range of voltages are available, as well as temperatures ranging from 5ºC to 200ºC.

With heating sheath:

Temperature can be fixed between 5ºC and 140ºC
 

Applications

Integrated system:

This system is suitable for the food, pharmaceutic and cosmetic industry, due to its outter wall which remains flat and make it much easier to clean.

With heating sheath:

Transport of caramel, glycerine, chocolate or any product that requires a steady temperature during the manufacturing process.
