Construction

Rubber tubes manufactured with food grade Butyl in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 1772600 and BGA Class XV standards. Equipped with textile reinforcements inside the wall of the tube, with 304L double stainless steel spring wire and copper braiding to ensure an equipotential joint with the metal fittings, to protect from discharges of static electricity.

Temperature

They work properly between -30ºC and 120ºC. For short periods of time up to 150ºC.

Applications

It is recommended for all types of food products, even at high temperatures (milk, chocolate, drinking water, fruit juice, fresh cream, oil, cosmetic cream, alcohol, etc.)

Maximum length 40m.

Technical characteristics

Tubes with strong, durable construction during operation as well as when there is a friction against the floor.

They can be sterilised on-site by the major Cleaning in Place (CIP) products.

They can operate with pressure or vacuum.
