The first food and pharmaceutical quality completely smooth silicone compensator The Pharmaloader® is an elastic compensator for the pharmaceutical and food industries. Made from platinum-catalysed silicone, it complies with the requirements of the FDA BGA 21 CFR 177.2600 and USP CLASS VI standards. The Pharmaloader® is made with pressure-resistant polyester reinforcement between the silicone layers. To obtain the correct elastic compensation, it is fitted with 3 stainless steel rings, which also prevent volumetric dilation. The Pharmaloader® is a standard element fitted with moulded clamp seals on the ends of the compensator. The counter-flange elements are made from INOX 304 steel. Available in stock with clamp diameters from 1" to 10", Imperial standards (OD sizes).
* For other diameters, please consult. The Pharmaloader® is the ideal solution for all tank, hopper, pump and weighing tank outlets to compensate vibrations and level differences. Autoclavable and sterilisable, the Pharmaloader® can work at a temperature range of between -50ºC and +180ºC.
