Construction

They are made of standard silicone eslastomer, with inside reinforcements of aramid fibre (Nomex®) and inner liner of fluorinated silicone.

Temperature

They work properly between -60ºC and 200ºC, although it can reach up to 220ºC during short periods of time.

Applications

This type of silicone hoses is mainly used in the turbocharger system of the industrial vehicles engenies because of its capacity to withstand the hydrocarbons and/or oil fumes in suspension in the cooling pressured air.

We have a huge range of diameters:
6-8-10-13-16-19-22-25-28-30-32-35-38-40-44-45-48-50-51-53-55-57-60- 62-63-65-70-75-76-80-82-90-100-110 mm.

We manufacture tubes of 1m long but we can supply it in shorter pieces.

Technical characteristics

They are high resistent to pressure. Before buying one, it is recommended to inform us with details about some aspects like: temperature, pression o vacuum,... so that they can be built in accordance with requested specifications.
