SZR SYSTEM(without Retention Zone)

Definition: The concept of the SZR* system for flexible tubes produced by VENAIR IBERICA,S.A. has been fully researched.This system ensures that the tubes equipped with metal fittings on both ends, fulfil even the most demanding requirements of the food, pharmaceutical,cosmetics and chemistry market, since all areas qhere contamination may occur between the joint of the tube and the fitting are eliminated by placing them at the same level.

Therefore, the SZR* system is designed to prevent to the utmost the differences in diameter between the metallic fitting and the tube, ensuring continuous product flow without inner turbulence.This leads to time savings since it allows on-site cleaning(CIP) to be performed without inner turbulence. The SZR assembly system ensures a higher level of non-retention in the flexible tubes, as well as greater safety of use. QUALITY OF FINISH

The roughness of the inner surface of the SZR fittings is 0.8 micron maximum and can be improved on request. The lot number for the raw material used in manufacture is indicated on each fitting. After coupling, the final finish of the connections is achieved by polishing. The year and the month of manufacture of the tube are engraved on one of the two fitting bushings in order to ensure its traceability
