Construction

Inside: rubber EPDM 0.8mm of thickness.

Exterior: Cotton fabric Neoprene coated. ?Steel spiral of steel among tissue and rubber.

Thickness: 2.5mm (+1.5/-0.7mm). The wall thickness can be increased on request.

Temperature

Temperature scale: from -40ºC to 125ºC. For short periods of time, up to 135ºC.

Technical characteristics

Proven resistance to abrasion thanks to a special rubber forming the inner core in type S/VS and SL/VS.

All structures are highly flexible.

Excellent fluidity in transporting of elements, thanks to smooth internal walls.

Highly resistant to pressure and vacuum, due to specially designed structures.

Dimensions

We manufacture 4 m long tubes with the following diameters: 25-32-40-45-48-50-60 and 75 mm.

and 6m long tubes with the following diameters: 76-80-90-100-110-120-130-140-150-160-170-180-200-250-300 mm.

They can be supplied with flat parts without wire in its ends (sleeves) for a perfect water tightness when they are fixed through metallic clamps.

Excellent for oil vapour suction in Diesel engines and industrial gas in general industry.

In air filters in static motors (generators, heating and cooling systems, etc.)

Aspiration of technical gases in general industry.
