INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customers' requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has 33 sales branches distributed in Europe, Africa, Asia and America, 3 manufacturing centres and employs more than 350 people around the world.

Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our branch in Merrimack, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities:

The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are listed below:

  • Prepare and process sales quotations
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Prospecting and cold calling to the potential costumers
  • Perform business generation activities in conjunction with Outside Sales Representatives
  • Give sales administration support to the Outside Sales Representatives
  • Utilize the firm's CRM and the ERP systems to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
  • Other sales and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

The essential requirements for this position are listed below:

  • Background: Commerce, Customer/User Experience, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar
  • Fully authorized and permitted to work in the United States
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Experience in customer support/ customer experience: 1-2 years required
