Overview:

Venair is a multinational leading company in manufacturing, designing and distributing silicone hoses and flexible silicone pieces for multiple industrial sectors such as food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and biotechnology. Venair employs more than 300 people with 32 sales offices around the world and three manufacturing sites in Spain, Vietnam and Romania.

We currently have an opportunity to join the Venair team as an Inside Sales Representative for our sales branch in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process sales quotations
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Prospecting and cold calling to the potential costumers
  • Perform business generation activities in conjunction with Outside Sales Representatives
  • Give sales administration support to the Outside Sales Representatives
  • Utilitze the firm's CRM and the ERP systems to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
  • Other sales and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Background: commerce, customer/ user experience, business administration, economics, prospecting, customer service or similar roles
  • High level of English
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Experience in customer support/ sales experience
