Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking an Internal Sales for the Sales branch in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Responsibilities:

The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are listed below:

· Carry out sales quotes

· Oversee purchasing orders from customers

· Deal with Israeli customers directly by phone and mail

· Coordinate with the headquarters in Spain in order to manage shipments, delivery times, prices, problems and so on

· Manage outstanding customer invoices, and chasing the payment

· Be in charge of administration issues

· Prepare and manage Stock shipments within Israel

· Receive goods and register them in the system (ERP)

· Orders picking and packing, and oversee the warehouse Stock

· Help the external sales staff to plan the business trips

· Other operations and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

The essential requirements for this position are listed below:

· English and Hebrew speaker

· Organized people, willing to take part of a project within an international environment

· Highly developed communication skills

· Experience in managing internal sales and customer service: 1-2 years required
